Reservations/Deposits:
An advance $250 security deposit is
required to confirm your reservation..All rents due must be made
in full prior to check in.No refunds will be given for early departures or for weather
related reasons.Deposits are not refundable for cancellations unless made 30
days prior to your arrival.The size of your group must be included with your
reservation.
Upon inspection of the property, deposits will be returned
within 10 days.If any
inventory is found to be missing, damaged or destroyed, the part or
the entire deposit will be forfeited.
