Overlooking the Colorado River and West Matagorda Bay.  We are the last house on the river and the closest to the beach, which is less than a 4 minutes drive.  You will have lots of privacy as we have no adjacent occupied houses on both sides.  In addition, you will enjoy excellent fishing on our 32 ft. length pier since we are the first house for game fish coming in from Gulf of Mexico.  For the enthusiastic angler, we have a 1000 Watts spot light for night fishing as well. Enjoy a nice meal with our BBQ charcoal grill and picnic tables. In the morning, treat yourself to a freshly brewed coffee on the deck while enjoying the spectacular view of the Colorado River.  If the fish are not biting, we have board games, popular DVD titles, and the Dish satellite Network for your leisure.  Also, we just added wireless internet.

Furnishings:

Two bedrooms/ 1 bath, nice kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove-oven, coffee maker,

toaster, dishes, pots-pans, glasses,  and utensils.  Sleeps six adults (has 1 queen bed, 1 full-size

bed, and 2 full-size futon).  Bedspreads, pillows, comforters, linens and towels are provided.  Includes

Satellite Dish Network TV and DVD with over 8 popular titles.  New air conditioner in each room .  Bar-B-Q

pit by the pier.  We have newly improved spot light for night fishing.  Fish cleaning table provided.

Washer and dryer included.  

We now have free hi speed wireless internet via satellite connection (1/28/2010).

Peak Season Rates:  (March 1^st to Oct. 31^st)

            Weekend Rates: $225 per night (3 days, 2 nights/ Fri. night and Sat. night).

            Weekday Rates: $200 per night (4 days, 3 nights/ Mon.-Thu.).

            Single night, any day is $250.00 when available.

       Stay as our guest for 1 week (6 nights) for only $1150.

 

Holiday Rates:  $200 per night.

 

Off-Season: (November 1^st to February 28)

            Weekend Rates: $175 per night (3days, 2 nights/Fri. night and Sat. night).

            Weekday Rates: $150 per night (4days, 3 nights/ Mon.-Thu.)                  

            Single night, any day is $200 when available.

            Weekly Rate (6 nights) is only $895

 

Reservations/Deposits:

 An advance $250 security deposit is required to confirm your reservation..  All rents due must be made

full prior to check in.  No refunds will be given for early departures or for weather related reasons. 

Deposits are not refundable for cancellations unless made 30 days prior to your arrival.  The size of

your group must be included with your reservation.

            Upon inspection of the property, deposits will be returned within 10 days.  If any inventory is

found to be missing, damaged or destroyed, the part or the entire deposit will be forfeited.

 

We accept cash, money order, checks and credit cards (using Paypal).
